The Writing Approach/ Irma Damayanti / 2201412133

    The Writing Approach
The key to a good writing is in the planning. Before we sit down to write something, we need to figure out what we are going to write. We have to brainstorm our likes and dislikes, and things, people, place, and hobbies that are important to us. Brainstorming can be done by individual or group. If a small group is formed, we can record the discussion. Otherwise, we can take notes about all idea shared. Then, we classify the ideas into mind mapping in order to make good paragraphs. Once we have planned our ideas, the next step is to start drafting. Make one idea into our one or two sentences, don’t be afraid to change the plan when needed. When we write keep concentrating on getting our ideas on paper, organizing information logically, and developing your topic with enough detail for your audience and purpose.
Revision works best when we some time to let our writing sit. Because the rest time will make us better in looking our writing with a reader’s eye. While revising focuses on making our content clear for one readers, proof reading focuses on making meet the conventions of stands written English. In this process, check grammar, sentence structure, word choice, punctuation, capitalization, spelling, citation, and format of document.
